If you could be any animal in the world, what would you be?
Honey Badger
What do you think about when you are alone in the car?
I have all of my deep thinking sessions in my truck, whereas other people have theirs in the shower.
How long have you been in transportation? How did you end up working for AMT?
This is my first time in transportation. My cousin, Zac, sent me a link and told me he thought I’d be a good fit, so I applied.
What do you do at AMT?
I’m training now, but eventually I will be a carrier representative.
What apps, gadgets, etc. can you not live without at work?
I guess I can’t really say much for this job yet, but in the Army it was probably my Garmin watch.
If someone gifted you an elephant, what would you do with it?
Give it to my sister. She’s obsessed with elephants.
Are you married? Any kids?
Not yet!
What are your thoughts on garden gnomes?
Honestly, I’ve never even actually seen one in real life . . .
Best Christmas gift you ever received? Given?
Received: Grandpa’s old gun. Given: Record player.
So what’s the funniest thing that’s happened to you lately?
Well, a few weeks ago, I was carrying a gallon of milk inside and my dog tripped me. Thinking only of saving the milk so it didn’t bust, I managed to catch myself from falling, but kept stumbling. It seemed like I was stumbling forever, but in reality it was probably just a few seconds. I finally stopped stumbling and managed to put the milk in the fridge. As I was walking back into the hall, I tripped over the shoe I had just taken off and I fell down. I layed there for like five minutes.
How do you recharge after a long day?
Gym, food, sleep.
Reading anything good lately?
I’m not currently reading anything. I did recently order a book recommended to me by a friend. It’s called 101 Questions You Need to Ask in Your Twenties by Paul Angone.
What’s your superpower?
If needed, I can literally sleep anywhere, including standing up.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
Always set goals for yourself and never stop improving.
