Intern Spotlight: Jaedyn Moyes
At AM Transport Services, we are proud of our intern program. We love getting to know the smart, dedicated, and hard-working young people in our community. This week we introduce you to Jaedyn Moyes. Jaedyn, who is 19, has been at AM Transport for almost a month.
How did you hear about the intern program at AM Transport?
I ended up working here after Colby Shawver reached out to me. He asked me if I was interested in working for AM Transport.
So what do you do at AM Transport?
I complete time sheets for a couple of runs we do. I keep track of their arrival and departure times. I also send emails to past customers just to stay in touch and to find out how they are doing.
What is your favorite thing about working here?
My favorite thing so far would have to be the atmosphere. The people are awesome and very fun to work with. I was also a little surprised to hear the different radio stations they listen to. It kinda threw me off the first week.
Where are you studying, and what are your future plans?
I am currently at Olney Central College to get my Associate’s Degree in science and math. I plan to transfer to SIUE to further my education and to become a civil engineer.
