Premier Prize Winner: Sutton Dunn

Premier Prize Profile: Sutton Dunn

We had another Premier Prize Duck Race the last week of June, and the happy winner is Sutton Dunn. Sutton Dunn, son of Martin and Melissa Dunn here in Olney, is a long-time intern here at AM Transport. If you call the office, it’s very likely you’ve had the great pleasure of speaking to him on the phone. A college student attending the University of Illinois, Sutton is always a good sport and was happy to answer our profile questions!

My most enjoyable moments on the job . . .

Joking around with everyone in the office because we all have great senses of humor.

Something else I’m passionate about . . .

Human health. As a college student, I am focusing my studies in the health field; specifically, in physical therapy.

My favorite subject in school is . . .

Anatomy. I love health science courses and learning how the human body moves/functions. Majoring in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois has furthered my understanding of anatomy.

My favorite AMT activity is . . .

John “Moose” McKinney’s hourly stretch breaks. It is a great way for the team to learn new stretching techniques, and to make sure our health is in tip top shape.

On my time off I love to . . .

I love the outdoors, so anything from hunting to hiking. If I am cooped up inside for too long, I become antsy. I’m what those might call a “kuntry boy” in my free time.

If I could live anywhere in the world . . .

I would be fine living in Olney. It is a great town to settle in and raise a family. However, I would still be able to travel to new places.

My favorite food is . . .

I’m a sucker for sushi. There are so many different options, and it is very fresh.

The best way to unwind . . .

The best way for me to release stress is by exercising. I love weight lifting but have started a new hobby in road bike cycling. However, after hearing the horror story of my co-worker (who I won’t name) breaking his collar bone from a bike crash, I might find a new hobby.

The restaurant I enjoy going to most often . . .

Panda Express

If I could fly anywhere in the world today, I’d go to . . .

Germany. They have the best beer.

Someone who inspires me . . .

Probably my parents because they are hard working/compassionate individuals.

The funniest thing that’s happened to me recently . . .

Did you know it’s pronounced/spelled TUPPERWARE and not TUBBERWARE? Only took me 21 years to figure that out.

My best friends call me . . .

Sutton. Pretty unique, right? (some friends I have . . .)

When I grow up I want to be a . . .

A Physical Therapist
