Intern Spotlight: Alex Nealis

We’re back this week with another new intern. Alex Nealis has been with AM Transport for a couple of weeks. He graduated from Richland County High School in May, and is enrolled in Vincennes University to study land surveying technology.

What do you do at AM Transport? I do check calls on pickups and deliveries. I make sure drivers are where they need to be and look for any potential problems. I also build potential customer accounts.

What is your favorite thing here at AM Transport? The atmosphere is great. I can tell everyone really enjoys working with each other, and they are all helpful.

What’s your favorite color? Blue and orange.

Sports team? The St. Louis Cardinals

Television show? Stranger Things

Music? Country

Podcast? Rick Shiels Golf

Food? Pasta

Place to go on vacation? Hilton Head, South Carolina. They have some of the best golf courses in the country!

Do you have any siblings? I have an older sister (22) and a younger brother (15).

If someone gave you an elephant, what would you do with it? Sell it and make some money from it. I have no clue what I could do with it or where I would keep it.

Tea or coffee? Tea. Coffee is for work.
