I work for a freight forwarder and live in Australia. I was having troubles getting a shipment collected from a farm in IL, through the shipping-agent's haulage company. This company said they would no longer try and collect the shipment. What to do?
Out of desperation, I did a search on Google for road carriers located in IL that could do an interstate move to IN. I came across your website and noticed there was a chat window, so I started my query, really not expecting a good outcome. I dealt with Patrick from the first, initial contact.
Patrick was absolutely fantastic! He was helpful, proactive, an excellent communicator, and kept me informed right through the whole process. So much so, that I thanked him a number of times as we went along, as I know only too well in the logistics industry, how important timely and accurate communication is. Our pickup was a little out of the ordinary, to say the least...and Patrick was keen to assist.
Working in logistics for many years, I know what good service should be like and Patrick has impressive customer service skills.
Our 3 pallets have arrived in the depot in IN and our customer in Australia is very happy, not to say relieved!
So, a big THANKS from us all the way Downunder in Australia, to Patrick and the AM team for delivering a brilliant service!

They get our BEST BROKER AWARD! We have worked with AM Transport for over 20 years. They are very dependable and honest, and are easy to work with. AM Transport takes care of their customers AND their carriers. They work with us, not against us. Great people to work with! They definitely set the standard for how brokers should be.
