We agree. But we’re not talking about any questions. We’re talking about questions you can ask freight brokers, questions that will help you choose the best logistics partner.
Because believe us, there are some bad answers out there. But how do you know a good answer from a bad one? Especially when you’re partnering with and dealing with folks in the logistics industry. You probably don’t have time to stay up to date on the three Ts of transportation: technology, terminology, and trucks.

You might not believe it, but the answer is neither.

If you’re a shipper looking for a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, don’t be swayed by a bad answer tailored to get your business. If a freight broker tells you that the customer is more important than the carrier, they’re either lying or they’re working with some shady carriers. Either way, you deserve better.
